The Admiral CG DEM. Arturo Bernal, Commander of the Naval Force of the Gulf from the Marine Secretary of Mexico, visited the Port of Altamira to see the facilities and advantages, he walk around with his team to verify security infrastructure and the progress of the new projects that are carried out to ensure the safety of the port.
Mr. Jose Carlos Rodriguez; Manager of API Altamira, made a port presentation to the Commander of the Naval Force of the Gulf, where he had the opportunity to show the competitive advantages offered and make it one of the most important in Mexico, besides presenting the different safety projects that are being developed.
The Administrator of Altamira Maritime Custom; Mr. Baruc de la Fuente, gave a presentation showing all review processes that take place within this facility, also a tour of the facilities was taken pointing the importance that has to work together API-Custom of Altamira and CUMAR.
These actions show us the great coordination between the different institutions that are in the port such as the Secretary of the Navy through CUMAR, Altamira Maritime Customs and the Port Authority of Altamira.
