The Port of Altamira, managed by Mr. Jose Carlos Rodriguez, was part of the Expo Charge 2014; event that took place at the Centro Banamex in Mexico City, in order to cluster participants and exhibitors that can contribute to logistics development.
Expo Charge is a platform that allows the interested ones of foreign trade and globally freight transport industry meet to know the benefits they have. Among the private participants are agencies and shipping lines, railways, custom agencies, airlines, distribution centers and industrial parks. Also, at public sector, were the Port of Altamira, Manzanillo and Veracruz, as well as associations and chambers.
At the end of the event, all participants were invited to continue the logistical tasks that favor the growth of the industry, such that Mt. Rodriguez Montemayor; Manager of API Altamira, mentioned the positive effect that fusion the effort from all sectors, so we can have optimum operations at the Ports in the logistic of international freight.
