Legal Basis

The Comprehensive Port Administration of Altamira, in terms of articles 3 and 36 of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration, is a company with majority state participation of the Federal Government, established as a Variable Capital Stock Company through public deed 30,118, volume 1278, granted before the faith of Jorge Antonio Sánchez Cordero Dávila, notary public 153 of Mexico, Federal District, on December 15, 1993, whose first testimony was registered on page 129, of Book one of the Public Registry of Commerce of Altamira, Tamaulipas on January 13, 1994; and in terms of article 38 of the Ports Law, it is a concessionaire of the Ministry of Communications and Transportation for the Comprehensive Port Administration of the Port of Altamira.
